French onion soup burger sounds like a good idea if the soup is made very thick and used like a sauce/topping. This is just a soggy ass mess

Like… there’s a way you could do this and make it awesome. Cheeseburgers with onion and onion soup can have all ingredients crossing over but the beef patty and the beef stock; there’s a good idea somewhere. This may be bad food photography or AI and missing the point too.

I see they use my grandma’s fancy plate/bowl.

Do you have to buy this or is it a punishment?

This low key looks good. A knife and fork burger though for sure.

I think it would look better if they poured the soup over the burger, then placed the melted cheese on top. Make it look less goopy brown

If you would do this remove the bread bun as it would taste weird and how soggy it would be.

They probably just pour the beer in the plate, too.

I’m so terrified of wet bread. If someone served this to me, I would audibly gag

They almost got it right, bless their hearts

This looks like AI. That doesn’t even look like beef, and idk what kind of restaurant serves food on grandmas dinnerware.

At this point it’s a french dip and I’d eat the hell out of it.

Can I get the soup on the side please????

$1, would have to use a fork, knife and spoon. But it would be great

French onion soup has soggy bread in it anyway. This is about as appetizing as French onion soup is. Which is to say, not much.

Looks like what happens when you order a francesinha off Wish

I’ve had a take on a French onion soup with a burger and that was quite good with the toasted bun taking the place of the toasted crutons

  17. I’m seeing a lot of French onion soup burgers lately…

  18. r/wewantbowls but other than that, i’d eat the hell out of this. I’ve def seen worse come out of Michelin star restaurants. It’s also not in a plastic fake burger box but full of soup, so i’ll take it.
