I make this one on a regular basis and it’s so good. For any fellow onion lovers out there who aren’t big fans of sun dried tomatoes, this recipe also works beautifully substituting mushrooms for them.
How long did you roast the onions for before they were caramelised, please? The recipe shared on here said 1hr is sufficient but I found with 5 small-medium onions 3hrs was needed.
