   1 head Garlic
   1 cup Peanuts
   1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds
   1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
   Guajillo Chile
   Pasado Chile
   California Chile
   Chile seco
   Puya Chile
   Olive oil

   Is there a name for it when you just do the dried peppers, garlic and oil? And then use that oil for absolutely everything you cook? And as a hot sauce?
