One teaspoon Italian seasoning. One/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Two eggs beaten. 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Fresh basil leaves for garnish. Instructions. One, preheat oven. Preheat the oven to 400° F, 200° C, and grease a baking dish. Two, prepare chicken. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Three, coating. In one bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs. Four, coat chicken. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture. Five, cook chicken. Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Six, add sauce and cheese. Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Seven, bake again. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Eight, serve. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
