[Music] I outdid myself with this two-tone smoothie. Oh, didn’t see you there. Just playing. Hey, visionaries. It’s a back on your screen with another one. Hope you’re all well. As you can tell from the title, we are discussing these. I am sharing my favorite superfood smoothies. These are my go-to in between meal pickmeups. And yes, you heard that right. I don’t consider these meal replacement necessarily. My BASC and nutrition food science won’t let me. These are not meant to be a meal. They’re meant to be an addition a benefit to your busy day. And I like to use these to pack on the protein, the probiotics, and the antioxidants. So, if you’re looking for smoothies that are going to do that for you, too, I’ve got you covered. Whether you like them sweet or sour, I’ve got a smoothie for you as well. As you can tell when you watch this video, my Vitamix did not cooperate during the production of this video. So, please, if you enjoy, hit the like. I should have just got the original blender. But anyway, let’s get into it. First up is Berry Energizer. This is one of my everyday go-tos when I’m in the mood for something that is super hydrating. Not only that, all of the fruits and the lemon juice packs a little extra vitamin C, which is good for immunity. [Music] Next up, peachy green is perfect for those of you who are not a fan of spinach. You won’t even taste it in this mix. And the best part is the fiber from both the fruits and the veggies are good for your gut health. Shake, shake, shake. This blender is out to lunch. Matcha Energizer. Now, this is for those of you who need a morning jewel or an afternoon pickme up. Just a tiny teaspoon of matcha is enough to give you a caffeine kick without the crash throughout the day. And the honeydew and other ingredients in this are really good for your heart and digestive health. Ooh, pinina colada. A little exotic. Now, this one is short and sweet, but perfect for those of you who want to promote skin and bone health. Switching it up with a watermelon cooler. This one is a thirst quencher, but not only that, the watermelon is high in lycopine, which is really good for your eye health. We’re using some non-dairy almond yogurt for those of you who prefer. Great for calcium. And of course, a banana is packed with potassium. Here’s honeydew dream. Can you tell I’m obsessed with this melon this season? It’s literally like nature’s candy. It’s low calorie, but somehow so sweet. It’s such a treat. And the best part is it’s high in maganesees, bolate, and vitamin K, which hey, is really good for tissue repair. [Music] Peachy luchi. Now both the peach and the luchi are great for sources of vitamin A and vitamin C but also the luchi is high in copper which is really good for your heart health and everything else in this mix high in fiber. You catch the drift so you know this one is good for your body from head to toe. Cherry delight is another treat and if you ask me it’s perfect for those of you who want to reup after your postworkout. Not only does the almond butter pack a lot of protein, the cherries have anthrocience which are really good for muscle soreness. It’s also packed with antioxidants and said to be an anti-inflammatory as well. Dew is another alternative for those of you who prefer to use non-dairy coconut yogurt. It’s got similar health benefits to the previous one. You know that this one is going to be high in vitamin C, potassium, and hydrating. Honeydew 2. I already let you know that I’m in my honeydew era. So, this one is similar but different. We’re just adding pineapple to the mix. And if you ask me, it is the perfect addition. Let’s go back to basics. I grew up on smoothies like these. You know, when you’re a kid and you don’t want to eat your greens, your parents find ways to sneak it into your meal. Trust me, you will not taste the spinach at all in this, but you’ll get all of the benefit. Next up, mango mix. This is one of those fruits that doesn’t like to play well with the rest of them. I find mango overpowers everything you put it with, so a little bit goes a long way. It’s high in vitamin A, C, and E, as well as fiber, so you know you’re getting good nutritive value. Strong. Couldn’t come up with a better name. I mean, the flavor is strong. Not only that, it’s high in vitamin A, C, and K, antioxidants, and it detoxifies as well. Grow and glow. The kale, pineapple, ginger are really good to help with your gut health. It allows your gut microbiome to grow, which allows you to glow from the inside out. [Music] Another sweet treat, strawberries and cream. This one is honestly just a guilty pleasure with the canned thick coconut milk and coconut yogurt. We’re doing a lot with this one. So sweet, so good. Probably not best for weight management, though. Peach, please. Here goes my second try at trying to mask that really strong kale flavor. Spoiler alert, it didn’t work. But this was still a tasty one. Stealthy with this one. Secret spinach. Now, spinach on the other hand, unlike kale, is not as pungent. So, at least when you pack it in, maybe don’t pack your blender like I did with this one. You can mask the flavor. And even though it’s green, you can’t even taste it. Paradise Bliss. back with the rich coconut milk as well as the usual suspects, but this time we’re going to zest a lime on top and this is going to add some flavonoids and vitamin C. So, this one is a very well-rounded, balanced smoothie. Berry Boost, a twist on a classic. We’re going to add a little ginger into the mix on top of the strawberries and blueberries. This is going to be really good for anti-inflammatory and digestive health. Sun-kissed radiance. For those of you who want to glow from within, you got to start from the inside out. And a pineapple is the perfect start with the digestive enzymes. Now, to cut it though, that’s a whole another story. Watch me struggle. Honestly, don’t try this at home likely blind. Clean slate is my go-to when I want to just start fresh and clean everything out. Chia seeds are great for cleaning out your chain. They also make you feel full and slow down the absorption of sugar. [Music] Creme de la pear. I know what it sounds like and you’re absolutely right. This is another dessert type smoothie for those of you who maybe crave sweets and candy but want to wean yourself off. This is a great start. Abundantly clear. I named this one such because it’s abundantly clear that no matter what I mix kale with, it always is the standout. But besides the flavor, this one is good if you want to clear out everything. Ginger shots. If you know me, I’m obsessed with these. I know they’re not technically a smoothie, but since I don’t strain them, they have the same consistency as a smoothie. I drink these on the daily when the seasons switch up to ward the snipples away because I’m not about getting sick. We don’t have time for that. And these are not only good for your immunity, but they’re really, really good as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant rich quick hit. [Music] Zing and zest. I wanted to play with citrus fruits a little more and I had a little bit of a grapefruit, but we had an accident, so this is all that’s left. But it was just enough to get that grapefruit flavor to pull through. And of course, this was fused with immunity boosting vitamins and minerals. Hydration station speaks for itself. Not only is it good if you feel thirsty, but also to help with satiety. [Music] Protein cubed is what happens when you thought you did the most at the gym that morning and you want to try putting all your proteins in the kitchen sink in at once. Putting in three different types of protein may help your body more readily absorb it. [Music] Power up and switch it up with an almond avocado smoothie. The avocado is high in omega 3, sixes, and 9s, oleic acid, vitamins C, E, K, and A. So, you’re good for the day. Melon Glow. By now, you probably know that whenever we add ginger to a smoothie, it works from within to help with radiance. And that’s because it activates your digestive system. [Music] Green machine. I have to get my kale in. And this is the best way for me to do it cuz other than that it’s kale chips. I really don’t like kale. But if I’m going to have it, this is one of my other go-to ways. Velvet kiwi feels like a bougie green smoothie. You can also add in spinach to the mix if you want an extra fiber and vitamin A kick, but I just wanted to keep this one simple and sweet, but it ended up being quite tart if you ask me. 10 carrot glow. As you know, carrots are high in vitamin A, beta carotene, and a whole bunch of other nutrients that are good for your eyes, skin, and nail health. So, this is basically a beauty elixir in a blender. Sip slow and enjoy and watch the glow come through. Apple crumble. I had to throw one in that’s inspired by the upcoming autumn season. The apples with the rolled oats, cinnamon, and almond butter. And if you feel fancy, you can add a little vanilla extract. Apples are high in polyphenols, which are good for your blood vessel health and really, really filling. You made it to the end of the video, so I want to know which one are you going to try first. I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
