Okra is one of my favorite ramen toppings it’s great seared to cut the slime and goes great with bacon.

If you slice the okra super thin crosswise they resemble green onion and little stars.

Being Caribbean I have an affinity towards it I also love simmering a scotch bonnet (similar to habernos) in the broth for strong tropical heat.

    this is genius, okra sounds like a perfect match for hot broth ramyeon. i usually go for deep fried veggies or kimchi as toppings so this is new.
