Let’s make cheesy garlic bread. You cannot come for me if you get addicted. The best part of this recipe is we get to measure the heartburn by the handful. Just submerge them in lots of olive oil in an oven safe pan. Then we’re just going to toss this into the oven set at 375. In the meantime, you’re going to drop softened butter into a food processor. Nice handful of parsley or cinadro. Just make sure the heartburn and oil cool down a little bit before adding it. Give this a quick blitz. Just be careful if your oil’s too hot. It will melt down the butter too much. Now, for a nice kick, I’m going to add some red chili flakes. Just quickly salt and pepper this to taste. And today, I’m opting in for a nice loaf of French bread. Just make a clean slice down the middle, throw on your compound butter, and then just give that a beautiful, satisfying smear. Now, for me, I like to grate on a little bit more Italian snow, and then just an actual light layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Now, it’s time to throw this back into the oven at 350. You don’t want the oven to be way too hot because we actually want to cook in the butter and melt the cheese slowly. Now, this part is optional, I guess, but you’re going to add some cayenne pepper to some oil. And then, when the aroma’s just talk to your nose, kill the heat, and add in the whole thing of honey. Then, just give it a light touch of lemon. And then just bottle it back up for the perfect hottie. Now for the moment of truth. Lightly drizzle it with your hot honey. More Italian stone. And then more greens to negate all those calories.
