bubble on it And then we have to boil it for only 2 minutes Do not give too much As I have told you before We are cooking the potatoes here as much as 60% 2-3 boils have come It has been boiling here for 2-2.5 minutes So I am taking it out of the hot water Now what will happen by stepping like this The starch in the potatoes 70-80% has come out So we will take it out Now the fries we will make They will be very crispy If we fry it directly Then there is a lot of starch in the potatoes So the fries They are not so crispy Immediately after taking it out of the boiling water We will immediately dip it in cold water Yes Take cold water from the fridge Dip it in it Put it in cold water The potatoes will be firm again The ones that get very soft while boiling Then if you keep it hot Then it will break So it will not break like this Its shape will be firm Now after dipping it in cold water After 2-3 minutes we strain it Cold water is also taken out And now the fries here They have to dry It is better to dry it First put it in an open strainer And then put this open strainer in the fridge for an hour So that it gets a little colder Then when we fry them They will fry very well The result will be very good If there is time, then definitely keep it If there is no time, then you can do this step directly I have kept them in the fridge for an hour After an hour, I took them out of the fridge So the potatoes are all dry They have also become very cold So now on dry potatoes We have put cornflour here According to the number of potatoes I will put here 2 tablespoons of cornflour What will you do with the cornflour What will you do with the cornflour We will mix it I have also kept a tray under the strainer So that all the extra cornflour Goes into the tray And when we shake it like this The cornflour will stick to each fry This is the same cornflour Which will make it very crispy Shake it well So that all the extra cornflour Get off it Check it There is a lot of cornflour in the tray Now the cornflour in the tray We will put it aside Now the potatoes on which the cornflour is stuck At this stage, you can freeze them in the freezer The frozen fries you get They are cooked up to this stage We simply take them out of the package And fry them in hot oil So if you want to make it at home Till this stage So make a lot of quantity Fill it in packets and freeze Whenever you want to give it to children’s lunch box Take it out of the package and deep fry it But I want to make a video here So I will fry it right now To fry, we have heated the oil On medium flame As soon as the oil is hot We will add the fries Now they have to be fried on medium high flame Because the potatoes are 60% 70% cooked They have been boiled So there is no need to cook so much The remaining time will be completed During frying So we will fry it on medium high flame We will fry it for 6 to 7 minutes So that its color becomes golden But this 6 to 7 minutes This is the total timing First we will fry it for 2 to 3 minutes Then we will take it out of the hot oil We will cool it for 5 to 10 minutes Then we will put it in hot oil again And fry it for another 2 to 3 minutes So that it becomes extra crispy If you want That you also make fries very crispy So follow the double fry process But if you want to make single fry Even if you double fry The fries will be very crispy So after 1 to 2 minutes We will easily stir it It’s been 3 to 4 minutes While frying So now we will take out the fries From the hot oil Now I will cool it for 5 minutes We will leave it in the plate After 5 minutes We will put the fries again in the hot oil And now We will fry it On high flame For 1 to 2 minutes Do not do more than this Because this step is only to make it crispy So our
