Chili’s Southwest Eggrolls

I go to Chili’s for one thing and one thing only, the Southwest egg rolls. And I’m snowed in at home with nothing better to do than eat. So, let me show you how I make them at home. Start with seasoning up your chicken. Olive oil, Cajun, black pepper, garlic powder. Put them in your air fryer on medium heat. I do 10 minutes on one side, 10 minutes on the other. Now, drain your corn and your black beans. Rinse them real good. Now I take thawed out spinach, put in a paper towel, and squeeze the crap out of it. Get all that extra water out. Add all of that to a mixing bowl. If you like it spicy, get you a grater and grate in a jalapeno. I like a whole bunch of green onions in mine. And don’t forget the cheese. In this house, we like extra sharp. Don’t forget to check it for poison. And we’re good. You’re going to want to add cumin, chili powder, more garlic powder, and even more black pepper. Little bit of salt. There’s salt in that Cajun seasoning. Don’t do too much. Chicken’s done. I told y’all perfect every time. Now dice it up and you need to dice up tiny. It’s got to fit in the egg roll. Mix everything up and get out the egg rolls. Lay them flat on the counter. Get you a little bowl of water. Put in a big scoop of the filling. Fold in the corners first. Bring up the back end. And be gentle. These babies will rip. Wet the corner down. And that’s it. You got an egg roll. Now you’re going to want to take more olive oil. Put in a little dish. Coat each egg roll. Make sure you roll them over. Get both sides. Now, they’re only going to need a few minutes in the air fryer. Like, I’m talking 3 or 4 minutes on each side. Make sure you flip them.

    I put hatch chili peppers and roasted pablanos and pepper jack cheese also, It makes a big difference on the flavor!!😊

She impress myself if she drive around in a Ford F-250 + 4×4 original Highboy 428 super cobra jet and show us how pull transmission to install a new clutch in that 4 speed mule gear running 4-10 gears with Detroit lockers from & back. I am still kicking my own behind very hard for selling that truck. Bought it used from a Ford dealership mechanic that special ordered it. If I install a heavy duty winch that Tk was its own self wrecker pull itself out messes out of Wild Wonderfull Appalachian Mountains on old grown up logging roads. I let an idiot drive it 1 day put us off a hill. New ford Tk couldn’t even move the long CB antenna on it my cousin came up with his highboy didn’t even spin a tire pull it straight out. Ture story. Idiot never drove my Tk again he lucky I didn’t make him walk home. Poor guy past away now. He bitch until I let him drive my Tk off road every time he put us over a hill. He never drove it after that last stunt
