    Homemade hokkaido milk bun, homemade garlic confit mayo, mushrooms & diced onion seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme, 2 patties seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder, and a big ol’ slice of muenster cheese between the patties.
