i work at starbucks & it’s real hard sometimes because i’m around all the food & drinks for like 8h at a time. this is my version of the pumpkin loaf (150cal 10g protein)! you can save close to like 200 cals if you just don’t add nuts & seeds on top lol, i just like to try to get my micronutrients in as well so i added them. i topped it with a cream cheese sauce as well!!! the only note i have- make it more sweet than i did. i definitely thought i overdid it with the sweet when i was making it, but once baked it’s not sweet enough!!

the cream cheese sauce on top literally tastes exactly like cheesecake by the way. i even got my brother who’s tastebuds aren’t fried to try it- he agreed! 22g light cream cheese, 43g 0%greek yogurt, around 5g sugar 0 sugar pudding mix
This looks amazing. I used to make something similar but they were muffins.
