✨ Kunafa Recipe with Semiya (Vermicelli Kunafa) ✨

🥄 Ingredients used:

Thin semiya or vermicelli – 150 to 200 gm
Butter – 1tbsp
Ghee – 2tsp or add 1tbsp more butter

Milk – 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Corn flour – 1tbsp
Fresh cream – 1/4 cup
Salt a pinch

For sugar syrup
============
Water – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup

Cheese mozzarella

9 inch baking dish greased with butter

Bake @180 c preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
