For the record – I don’t need one. My wife does just fine.
Wife’s second attempt at Hatch Chile Cheese Bread (I let them all go red), Roasted and peeled. Sourdough starter for this one.
It’s great. Hoping it freezes well.

Wish I was more skilled with baking, but it’s just not my gift. This looks fantastic!

Ohhh damn. Never thought to do this. I’m going to have to try this with focaccia bread.

How big are the pepper pieces you put in this? I’ve been making American Test Kitchen’s cheddar & black pepper bread and I love it. I started another list tonight and it occurred to me that I could/should add some of my dried red pepper flakes (cayenne, cowhorn, and serrano) to it this time bit not sure how much. Any advice?
Picture from last weekend’s loaf (without peppers).

I just made a foccaccia using my homemade chili oil. First toast was slathered in funky goat camembert, sundried tomatoes, and pomegranate molasses.
