I like a nice thiqqqqqqque Texas toast, I also use mayonnaise instead of butter, and I prefer white American cheese, bonus points if you add bacon & pickle on the side

Classic white bread if I’m making a simple processed cheese sandwich.
Sourdough if I use fancier cheeses.

Jalapeño honey cornbread…. or flour tortilla but with chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, etc. etc.

Totally depends on what kind of grilled cheese, but my favorite is a nutty wheat / whole grain bread.

Texas Toast. Fluffy and crisp but not as much cheese carrying capacity as pan bread sadly. I just make two.

Im a simple man, i like simple things, square white sandwich bread with craft singles and becel butter. nothing more, nothing less.

  7. Texas toast with a little Amish butter, then put in a pan that has just a touch of hot melted bacon grease. Mmmmm, that sizzle when it first hits the pan means you are about to have a really good time.

Rye. I love a grilled cheese on rye bread. Also, years ago, I got one on garlic bread from a grilled cheese food truck, and it was one of the best grilled cheeses I ever had.

Toss the plate. Microplastics, and you’re eating them.

    English Muffin Toasting Bread

It’s pretty much all I use for any grilled sandwich these days. Crispy, chewy, and perfectly golden brown every time, somehow.

Hawaiian bread. Like the sweet. Sourdough is really good too, and can’t go wrong with a classic wheat/honey wheat

I usually do sourdough but I made a few with this croissant bread from the brand La Boulangerie (sp?) and it was amazing. Costco sold it briefly but stopped, I think Whole Foods might sell it.
