First tiered cake today!

For a coworkers wedding- she has had my baked goods many times and trusted me with her wedding cake. Was honored to do it and glad to finally have a reason to conquer the tiered cake 😅

I used to do really complex gingerbread but somehow the tiered cake was still anxiety inducing 😂

Each tier is a four layer lemon cake with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream filling, and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream on the exterior. Flowers were piped, greenery done with a palette knife (my fav).
