Hey y’all, let’s make some chimmy chur. We’re going to mince up some garlic, some shallots, and get those into a bowl. Flat leaf parsley, cilantro, and some oregano. We’re going to use all fresh ingredients and hand chopped because the processor turns it into mush. Add some red vinegar and some olive oil. One part vinegar, two part oil. So, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and I went on and diced up a h red bell pepper. I also used the juice of half a lime. Tonight we had grilled zucchini and squash as well. And the chim cherries go on top of these uh flank steak pin wheels. Get everything seasoned up and get it out on the grill. So for proper storage, I just put them in some sterilized mason jars and refrigerate. So these is everything out on the grill and you should come up with boom. So, we have the flank steak topped with chim churi, the grilled vegetables with a balsamic glaze, and we have a nice garlic palm mashed potato. All right, love y’all. Bye.
