What small melons did you grow this year which you would recommend? I grew Tigger, Petit Gris, Minnesota Midget, Little Watermelon, and three others.

The HaOgen and Honey Dew aren't ready yet. The cantaloupe were generic no names. So far, I've discovered that they all taste best if I don't harvest them until they let go of the vines on their own. Looking to add to my list for next year. Only small melons.😋😋😋

    I tried a few but only got fruit from the Rich Sweetness and Desert King. I don’t really care for melon so the RS was mostly for Hubby who said it wasn’t worth it for the amount of fruit you got. The Desert King he liked. I’m just impressed with it. I was gone the entire month of july and it grew two decent sized melons. Going to harvest the second one next week, I think. Last I checked it, the nearest tendril was still completely green.

    Any faves? I’ve been wondering about Petit Gris – how does it compare to, say, a sugar kiss melon from the store?

    Your beautiful melons have inspired me to purchase some seeds for next season! I didn’t realize they came in tiny sizes, which are perfect for me. They are all lovely! I especially liked the first one. Congrats!
