I think I make this garlic comfi at least twice a week. I just love garlic. So this garlic confi is definitely um one of the best things I ever make. I put it in tomato sauce. I put it into pasta, into chicken. So put everything, simmer it for about half hour. And then you want to be careful how you store your garlic comfy. Seal it up. Put it in a jar. Keep it in the fridge for up to a week. Another favorite way of storing it is putting it into these little ice cube trays. It keeps well in the freezer for about 2 months or so. So, whenever you’re making a pasta sauce, just pop one out and pour it in there. Another way is to emulsify it and uh freeze it as well. Enjoy.
