    Hot link / hot dog / polish sausage, lightly butter grilled buns, dijon mustard on left bun, sweet onion relish on the right bun, topped with sliced grilled white onions, raw chopped red onions, and sprinkled with green onion/chives. If you’re feeling spicy, some chopped raw or picked jalapeños.

    I would also commit a crime and put ketchup on after.

    Could dice up some bacon and make bacon onion jam. Amazing on a burger or on top of a pork chop
