Gotta love a good easy ramen, and not hyper expensive.

For anyone wondering:

  • Bulduk 2x Spicy Ramen
  • Spicy Garlic Ramen topping
  • Pan fried steak in chili oil (Frozen, you can find bags of it in any super market, don't need much)
  • Pickled Jalapenos (personal pick Mezzetta's regular for a spicy mix)
  • 2x Soft boiled eggs (fried over easy works too)
  • 1x Fresh jalapenos (Better if you can sub fresh thai pepper, especially if you marinate with rice vinegar and fish sauce)
  • Cilantro (but can't see it)
  • 1x Habanero (you can drop in any smaller pepper fresh)
  • Green onions and/or white onion
  • Fresh squeezed lime

Then dash of both Flatiron Sweet Asian Reds and Smoke Show. This isn't a challenge but rather just an everyday spice level and easy way to make a hearty lunch.

If you're in a bind, and looking to cut cost, the keys are green onions (or chopped white onion) + cheap ramen toppings (look on amazon) + egg + pickled jalapenos + cheap ramen and last, fried or soft boiled eggs. The eggs will cover protein and adding your own spice of your choice: Srirachas + spicy pepper flakes or powder will get you pretty far, and most ingredients keep for a long time. Frozen corn and/or peas also work well for additional content. This is an inexpensive way to live a little on a budget on ingredients that keep for a bit.
