Ripped a blinker and had to hide in the walk-in for 10 minutes, came out and realized I still had to shuck 40 oysters. Anyways rate my chives! I have 0 kitchen experience prior to this job but I’m coming up on my first year in it.

Cut looks inconsistent and your knife is dull. Great start otherwise. Cheers mate.

For something mixed in like this they are more than fine unless you’re at fine dining level spot, if it was just garnish you’d have to probably improve a bit but not bad at all.

Im fine with the chives, but I take issue with great overabundance of olives. Yuck.

I thought “ripped a blinker” was some new term for tearing a contact lens and was really confused as to why a trip to the therapy room was needed. Had to look that one up like an old head…

Get your stoned ass out of the cooler and back to work. If you can’t handle being high at work: don’t be high at work.

So the chive thing. As my dear mum used to say ” you don’t get kuddos for doing what you’re supposed to.

Good job you did your job? No, sure these are better than most since this nonsense started. I’m more impressed with the olives. But really not impressed at all. Good job you get to stay. Sure no kitchen xp but not new to a knife. Whatever. Just good chives, regardless robot.

You need to sharpen that knife badly. It’s a vegetable hammer at this point.
