So I followed the tiktok famous eloise recipe:
250g starter (doughlene)
1kilo flour
30g salt
725g warm water
Mixed all the ingredients together
Sit for 1 hour
x4 stretch and folds (+coils)
Bulk ferment for 4 hours
Split the dough into 2
Refrigerate overnight
Shape and scored the dough
Baked at 230°C covered for 35 mins
260° uncovered for 10
I didn't let this one cool before eating it because my brother wanted to try it right away.
