Cleaning

Hey everyone,

I have a Vertuo Plus and I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to clean it, especially the inside of the brew head. Since the head doesn’t open very wide it’s a bit tricky to reach in.

Also, I noticed that when the coffee pours out, sometimes the flow splatters into the cup instead of being a smooth stream. Is that normal?

Would love to hear your experiences and any advice 🙏
