Made some carne asada tacos.

Made some carne asada tacos for my dad and stepmom this week. Dad and I made the tortillas by hand together, a first for the both of us. Didn’t have a press but we kind of made it work. They tasted good, had a decent consistency, held up well and weren’t dry. It was my second time making fresh salsa and it turned out really tasty.
