   Hi. The dish is Shabu-shabu 🙂 ‘shabu’ is slang for drugs. Just in case you ever go to Japan.

   I used to go to a shabu shabu restaurant with my family for decades and they closed about 10-15 years ago and I still think about it. The other ones I’ve been to just don’t compare
