🍫 2 ½ tbsp (20g) cocoa powder
🥄 ½ tsp (2g) baking soda
🧂 Pinch of salt

🥄 2 ½ tbsp (40g) Greek yogurt – keeps it soft and moist
🍬 2 tbsp (20g) light brown sugar
🍬 2 tbsp (15g) granulated sugar
🌸 1 ½ tsp (7–8g) vanilla bean paste
🍫 ½ cup (85g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat & prep 🔥 Oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line or grease a 20×10 cm loaf pan.
2. Mash the bananas 🍌Mash until creamy and smooth — bonus points for arm workout!
3. Mix the wet ingredients 🥄 Add melted butter, Greek yogurt, small egg, and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Stir until fully combined.
4. Sift the dry ingredients 🌪️ Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. This ensures a light, fluffy bread.
