Guys this is disordered eating (yeah exaggerated for comedy and everything but the pattern itself). If you relate to it you’re probably eating way too little during the day and toeing the ED line.
Edit: y’all, you can struggle with alcoholism *and* an ED. They’re heavily correlated. The fact is if you’re restricting during the day and having unhealthy/unwanted binges at night, that is disordered eating. Yes that includes substance misuse. If you take issue with that fact, I’m sorry but it doesn’t change the reality of it.
