    I love caramelized onions but for some reason there are never any left when they’re supposed to be done. I think the cook nibbles while cooking

    Oooh… separating it out into balls before freezing is a great idea! I usually just put them in a Ziplock bag, freeze it and then break off pieces when I need them.

    Question! Do you just take out a little before and thaw, then use? Would it be good for hot dogs still, after being frozen?
