    Doing a 3lb chuck roast for 36 hrs tomorrow.

    What tips do yall have for searing in an apartment? I do have a patio. This was a preheated cast iron skillet and there was so much damn smoke

    Avocado oil minimizes smoke. Don’t make the mistake I did and grab the avocado/olive oil blend. Set off my smoke alarms.
