Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders Recipe by What Shall I Cook
Ingredients:
• 500–600 g (about 1 lb) chicken tenders (or chicken breast strips)
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tbsp dried parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh, finely chopped)
• Cooking spray (olive oil or neutral oil)

Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.
Whisk the egg and water in a shallow bowl.
Combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in another bowl.
Dip chicken tenders into the egg wash, letting excess drip off.
Coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it stick.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly sprayed with oil. (Work in batches if needed.)
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. Chicken should reach an internal temp of 74°C / 165°F.
Serve hot, sprinkled with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
