Guys, it’s lunch time at the Shorty House. I brought tortillas and boneless, skinless thighs. We’re doing chicken Caesar burritos. Well, some might call them wraps. All right, let’s get started. We’ll marinate the meat. I got some olive oil, salt, black pepper. We hit that with some garlic powder. Then here’s my secret ingredient for the day. It changes every week. Caesar dressing. That’s going to be perfect. Just mix that around. It’s nice creamy marinade. Has all the flavors we’re looking for. Get it all well coated. and set that aside. Let’s go ahead and make that dressing we just used. So, I got some mayonnaise. I’m using about 1 quart, that’s four cups. I’m going to add about 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, about a/2 cup of lemon juice. We’re going to add a couple big tablespoons of pureed garlic, few dashes of Tabasco, and a few dashes of worstachir, guys. Big pinch of black pepper. And I’m going to mix this up. So, a lot of people ask what I do about allergies and different things like that. Well guys, I have a couple girls in the house who are dairyf free. So, I’m pulling some of this dressing out before I add the cheese. Now, we’re going in with the parmesan. Going to give that a big stir. That’s it. That’s my Caesar dressing. Super simple. I don’t add anchovies cuz in a house where I’m feeding 25 different girls, it’s just best to leave those anchovies out. So, I grill off the chicken. Get some good color on it. Let it cook through. Now, we’re going to make oursel a wrap. Got these giant tortillas. Toast them up on both sides. Add some romaine, parmesan, little of our dressing, croutons. Mix that up. Now, we’re going to get a piece of that chicken. We’ll go ahead and just start cutting this up. I dice it into little bite-sized pieces. Throw it in with that salad. This is all going to go right on that wrap. And when we fold this thing up, we go side to side, back to front. Tuck in them little sides, and just roll that thing up nice and tight. Throw that down on the grill. We’re going to kind of seal that edge with a little crispiness. Looks perfect. Cut it in half, guys. And look at that. Lunch is served. What a treat. Thanks for watching.

  4. you didn't leave out the anchovies — that's what the Worchestershire Sauce is. Check the label, it'll tell you, made with anchovies. It's a fermented fish sauce.

  5. I love how considerate you are! Making sure some of the girls that can't have diary get their own dressing set aside. How sweet โค

  7. Idk how senstive the LI girls are but as someone who can't have dairy either i thought I'd let you know that parmesan naturally has a very very low amount of lactase! I never have issues and eat it all the time ๐Ÿ™‚
