Are you cooking the foil? That’s pretty rough if you are. Poisonous
How did it turn out? I have a Kamado Joe and bought the rotisserie of rit but haven’t tried it yet. To be honest I am hesitant as I find that chicken takes on a more acrid smokey flavor on the Kamodo compared to anything else. What are your experiences?
