Ingredients: fresh spinach leaves, ripe avocado, fresh pesto, olive oil, shrimp, red onion

First step is to cut the spinach leaves, leave in a bowl. Cut the avocado into cubes and leave in bowl. Then cook the shrimp in a pan with some red onion and garlic for added flavor. Turn off the heat and add some fresh pesto to the pan, mix until every shrimp is covered. Add to the bowl with your fresh veggies. Mix thorougly, add a dash of olive oil for extra fats. Bonus: if you have nuts, add some on top (I would have added pine nuts)
