I stayed pretty true to recipe for this one, but the only significant mod I made was adding two soy chorizo sausages to the refried beans and mashed them in because I’m trying to be high protein and let me tell you, that was THE MOVE.

I also doubled the portion of pickled onions and planning on using them in sandwiches.

Made the egg salad, beans, and onions the night before, and it was killer. 100% recommend trying this recipe out.
