  1. Ich hab das gestern auch gemacht aber habe bei der ersten Fermentierung schon dill und sojasoße ,Lorbeer,chili und currypulver Hinzugefügt.

  2. I bought a fermenting kit a while back and made some pickles,they kinda tasted like green olives, I used 0.03 grams of salt, I also made some with 0.02 grams salt and they had more of a sour pickle tast, both were great.

  5. I started eating fermented foods about a month ago. The difference in my gut and my overall health is nothing short of a miracle. I've lost weight, and my anxiety has more or less disappeared. My digestion is so much better. I mostly eat white kimchi and drink kvass. These look delicious, they're next on my list !
