simple breakfast of a bacon scallion cheese biscuit with a fried egg

I made the biscuits the other day, and had a lot leftover so this morning I decided to just do an easy egg sandwich. It definitely hit the spot! I hash brown or sausage patty would have elevated it even more but I didn’t have any.
