Hello guys. So today we’re going to be making homemade meat pie. So first of all, I got my carrot chopped, potato chopped, and some onions, you know. So I got my pan, my olive oil. I got my meat in there. Sorry, my onions in there. Then the meat. Then I got my carrots, the potato. I added thyme and a little bit of pepper. That’s I didn’t capture that. Then Maggi. Then I did the measurement for my flour. Then I added one full spoon of sugar half um spoon teaspoon of baking powder. Then after which I mixed together. When that was done, I added my butter. So I went after mixing my butter in I added two eggs with a measurement of 100 m of water. Added in that to make my dough. Then I put that in the fridge for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending 40 to 45 minutes depending how you want it. Then I keep the bread out. Then I rolled it. Then I’m actually using a round bowl just to get the the shape of what I want. So I put in putting our fill in the one we made earlier. So close properly. Then I’m actually using using a fork to create a hole just to when you get into the oven to get like a direct heat to get properly cooked. Then I got my egg wash actually so that um to brush it you see that brown crunchy taste. Thanks guys and go.
