They were busy today. Sold out of ribeye by 12:30. We got in line around 11:30. Free beer had been drank. Everything was on point, as usual. The brisket fried rice was a new side this week. They are looking to replace the Martin’s potato bread with homemade rolls. I got to try a few. They’re fucking good.

    I love Bar-A, I only wish there was a faster way of getting across town to Montgomery to eat there more often. The owners are the kindest people, too.

    Their ribeyes are great, but if you’re ever able to get over on a Wednesday for the pork steak special, you may actually shed a tear.

  5. Brisket fried rice at a BBQ joint is wild in the best way. How spicy was it? Those homemade rolls look stupid fluffy. Did the bark on the slices hold up, or kinda lean more tender?
