Here's a time lapse of the conveyor belt at a basic Sushi Express in Taipei. The basic ones don't have full kitchens so nothing grilled or deep fried but prices are super cheap and plates turnover quickly. $30, $40, $60NT per plate.

Reminds me of my toy train model set when I was a kid, however unlike my toy train set I would definitely eat all this. Thanks for showing us this.
