High yield, low cost, low effort. All hail pork butt.

I’ve been liking the foil boat lately and double indirect. I have a cast iron plate setter which I think is making my warm up time really long, but temp is dead nuts stable.

I almost always do fat down but thought I’d switch it up. No complaints.

250 overnight, cranked to about 310 in the am, foil boat at about 170IT. Pulled and rested in time for a nice Sunday lunch.
