Makes you understand why red bell peppers are so much more expensive. That time from fully grown to red is ridiculously longer than you’d expect. I’ve lost some to aphids waiting for it too.

Jealous! Same region as you but mine are still growing ugh. I had one that was sooo close to turning, and I broke it off the plant accidentally 💔
