Hum. If you thought I was trying to say hummus, you’re right. Welcome to my channel. All I am Astra. Today we’re making a roasted garlic with what did I put? Rosemary. A rosemary roasted garlic hummus. My family loves hummus. I think a little bit too much now, y’all. But welcome to my channel. I am Astra. Thank you all for stopping by to see what delicious dish I will be making today. So, come on down and I will show you the ingredients that I will be using today. So, I have one lemon squeezed. I’ve got my roasted garlic in olive oil um that we’re going to be using. So, this is going to go into here. I’ve got my chickpeas that I have already cooked and I have the water reserved here. I’m going to be using tahini this time and I’ve got me some rock salt to put inside. And for my other seasoning, I’m using vegetable seasoning and roasted garlic and pepper. So, what I’m going to do, put a little bit of water down here at the bottom of my of this of my blender. And I’m just going to put this in. Okay. So, I got a little bit of that chickpea water in there. And then I’ll be putting in the salt, putting in the tahini, putting everybody in, and then we’ll begin to blend. Okay. So, you don’t want to put in all of that chickpea water that you have. You just want to I’m making a mess, y’all. Just want to have a reserve. Okay. Good. So, I’m going to put in my the oil with that. And just going to grab a spoon and put this all in here. And so, I will put everything in and then I will blend it up and I will be back after I blend it. But I’m just going to show you all as I’m putting the stuff in first. Okay, so we put in some rock salt and I am in the eyeball measure as you all can see. Put that in just to help to bring out the flavoring. Okay. And then next we put in our what? We put in our seasoning. Get that all in here. And hopefully your counters is clean like mine that when you drop on the counter, you can put it in. And then I’ll just put it in all of the lemon. And I’ll put in the tahini. And again, as I said, I am an eyeball measurer. So you can start off with about a quarter cup and add accordingly. All right. So I will put this in and I will first do a little pulse pulse and I’ll be back once I am finished blending. All right. So now can just take it and taste it and see if it is to your liking which and I already did. I already did y’all. It is to my liking. Wow. That is nice. That is really nice. So, you see how it is? It is creamy enough. And what I’m going to do is just get this all out like this. And just take it all out. I said my family, we love us some hummus. We eat hummus a lot. And I hope you catch my sandwiches that I have made with the hummus. Okay, so I won’t stay here and take everything out so y’all can see, but I will show you what I do. So now just take this and just pour it on over. And now you can just do that. What? So, I will give this a taste now and let you all know just how good it is with the oil and the garlic chunk. Just like that. All right. So, see how it is. Now, I will just taste it and let you all know how delicious it is with that big chunk of garlic now and the oil. M. Sweet Jesus. Y’all, this is so good.
