
I mostly eat the previous night’s leftover for breakfast because I’m lazy but I decided to go for something a little different today. Tofu scramble (Rainbow Plant Life’s is the best), marinated beets (I got tons of beets in the last two weeks’ farm share), green beans (ditto), sun gold (ditto2)and mini “San marzano” cherry tomatoes, hummus (I always wing it), and Sigdal rye and spelt bran crackers. Also some cantaloupe on the side (finally got a good one. Fruit should come with a money back guarantee).
