Found this guy on TikTok making sauce bags with his extra Sweet 100s. I can’t pick mine fast enough, soooo many this year. Thoughts on doing this?

I just freeze them by themselves. Then I can do whatever with them throughout the winter.

I just roast and freeze in ziptop bags. Or puree then freeze.

I half, freeze, freeze dry, then turn to tomato powder. Lasts for up to 25 years like that. Add a little water and you have paste, a little more and spices and you have sauce. Add a lot and you have juice. Sprinkle straight on popcorn and you have YUM!
