    cayennes I smoked and dehydrated for flakes and powders. Habaneros I have made jelly in the past and it is awesome. I am assuming the top ones are serranos and cowboy candy and pickles would be great. Then probably some hot sauce with some. A day ago I made some pico de gallo with some cayennes and jalapenos which you could sub for the serranos. Anything not used I would freeze for later use

    My suggestion, lactofermentation, with some garlic, bay leaf, allspice in a 4% sea salt brine. After fermentation, blend and bottle. I still have some in the fridge from last year!!
