Chicken recipe works well for cauliflower. Takes a little more patience to get the coating to stick. Recommend frying once, let it sit in the fridge overnight uncovered, than hitting it again before sauce tossin and serving. Dish was absolute fire and better than any gastropub cauliflower "wings".
