I only drink flat whites so im usually just drinking medium roasts. Tried this one today again as a flat white and wow was it good. Blueberry note is very prominent

Light roasts can become very muted in milk in my experience but they are pretty tasty. Try a cortado and see if that is more enjoyable, it’s my go to if I want to use milk. I had some yirgacheffe this morning that tasted like peaches and cream. When I added milk.

Man, PERC is killer. I lived in FL and they somehow made it down there. I ended up moving to GA and set up a subscription with them. All their stuff is great.

Try low-fat milk if you haven’t already. It comes off as sweeter than higher fat milk, and covers up less light roast coffee flavors. It is possible to have an acidic latte or flat white this way
