Now, if this ain’t a heart attack and a hot dish, I don’t know what is. I’m making homemade tater tots. Sorry, I’m just bringing you in for the end result, but I’ve been dreaming about a tater tot shepherd’s pie that I had on the road with Cody Johnson a couple weeks ago. Just whoever was doing catering made it and they don’t know it, but I’ve dreamed about it. And I didn’t have time to go buy tater tots today. But you know what? I did have a bunch of potatoes from my garden that I needed to use up anyway. So, I’m using my nifty KitchenAid attachment to do all the work for me. And look at that. My hands are shaking. I’m so hungry. Now that we have our bowl of hash browns, we’re going to add basically like a teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of pepper, some onion powder, and some garlic powder. And the last thing we need is about 1/4 cup of flour. And then we’re just going to use our fingers. You think I was going to use a spoon? I’m cooking in my robe on the internet. I ain’t got nothing to hide, and I ain’t got nothing yucky on my fingers. Now we just take them and make little tater tots. Look how cute. It’s a tater tot. M. This is really fun. Want to get our tater tots into our oil. I ain’t never deep fried anything in my life. Okay, we’re going to put our filling in a dish. This is ground beef, onion, garlic, carrots, peas, tomato paste, beef broth, and seasonings. And it’s so good. And now we’re topping that with shredded cheddar cheese. Then you take all your little tater tots and you put them on top. And we’re going to pop it in the oven. Now, if this ain’t a heart attack in a hot dish, I don’t know what is, but it’s going to be good. We’ll top it with some of our freeze-dried basil. You know, for color, because, you know, you’re supposed to have a colorful plate. A, you’re wearing my merch. Am I not allowed to? No, you can’t. I just think it’s funny. Okay, let me see what you think. It looks so bougie. It’s good. It’s like chicken pot pie but with beef and tater tots and no pie crust and cheese. Okay. I want to taste it. I want it to taste like that one we had in catering at Cody’s show. I don’t think I ever had that. Maybe you weren’t there. I don’t. Okay. Let’s see. It’s
