• 2-3 boneless chicken thighs
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• Pepper to taste
• 2-3 Tbsp grated Parmesan
• Cornmeal for breading
• Oil for frying

For the 2-Minute Sauce:
• 3 Tbsp sour cream
• 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 bunch of dill
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2-3 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Shake to coat evenly. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the potatoes in a single layer. The single layer is key for that perfect crispy texture! Drizzle with oil. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 400°F (200°C). 2 chicken breasts. Dice into small pieces. Why chop instead of using ground meat? Chopped meat makes the patties unbelievably juicy and tender! Adding thighs is our second secret for extra flavor. 2-3 boneless chicken thighs. Dice them like the breasts. This is the most time-consuming part, but it’s totally worth it!
