So today we’re going to be making marime. As always, we’re going to be adding some olive oil. Alongside with that, we’re going to be going in with our cut irregular shape. Onions, carrots, and potatoes. In they go. Uh they’re currently on electric hop on number six at the moment. So, we’re going to give this a very nice stir and mix. Now, I’m going to be adding in my lentils. In they go. Give them a good mix. Okay. And now we’re going to be adding some water. And now we’re going to wait for them to cook. H. Bring your hob down to electric. Uh hob down to number three. Chugged on. And then yeah, we’re just waiting for it to boil up and that will be it. Just add a little lid, but don’t cover it fully cuz then it will all um rise up and you don’t want to do that. Okay, so that’s what you got to do. You can see our soup is getting ready. It’s nearly done and cooked. Now we’re going to be adding some dried mint. Just going a bit more. Just tastes so good. And a bit of squeeze of lemon. Lemon. Squeeze of lemon. This will be amazing. Astonishing. H. And then one teaspoon of salt. Now what we’re going to do now is we’re going to blend this all out so you get this nice smooth texture. Or you can eat it like this. But then you got your tomatoes. Why do I keep saying tomatoes? You got your potatoes and your carrots there. Like that. Choice is yours. So, now it’s time to blend. Whoa. Okie do. So this should be the consistency of your soup. Um if you feel like there are smaller parts, you can carry on blending or you can just turn it off and enjoy. Heat. Heat. So now we’ve made our management lentil soup. It’s absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try. So I’m going to squeeze a bit of lemon. That’s what I usually do. We usually serve this with a bit of um like pickles and black olives and the crusty bread, but I’m just going to go in plain today. Um just going to give that a little stir cuz I’ve just added in um my um so I’ve added in my lemon and I’m just giving it a good stir. You can top it with black pepper as well. Oh, it’s so good. Very good. Right. Keep tuned, guys.
